We’re a friendly group here at CAD-1 and we like getting to know you. Unlike other technical support experiences you may have had, you can rest assured we’re not going to hand you off to a “call center” or treat you as simply as a case number.

Our tech support group specializes in being people friendly because, well, they’re real people. Real, Smart People. As a matter of fact, the team members together represent 21 years of service with CAD-1.  That’s almost unheard in today’s ever changing technology environment! Our tech group enjoys the diversity and challenge of the questions and problems presented by the varied levels of our customers and are willing to tackle any technical support problem that arises. Each member of the tech group is involved in ongoing education, accreditation and certification for our product offerings.
